Role included sourcing and altering costumes accordingly, organising and running fittings, budget management and creation of Costume Bible paperwork.

Principal dresser on an existing large-scale West End musical, with a very large cast and company of over 154. Joined with a short handover. Fast learning and empathetic approach to slotting in to an existing show, costume track and understanding interpersonal dynamics was imperative. Carrying out costume track, quick-changes and ensuring upkeep of costumes. Dealt with the costumes in preparation and during the filming of the production for future distribution, ensuring costumes were up to standard for filming (e.g. for close-up camera shots). Adapting to cut shows due to illnesses and Covid-based absences.

Acting as Assistant Costume Supervisor and ASM during the rehearsals and prior to touring, as well as assisting the scenographer. During rehearsals and tour, was the sole carer of the costumes, in charge of running wardrobe. Duties included costume sourcing, alterations, creating the costume and running-wardrobe bible, fittings, costume maintenance and laundry, breaking-down and aging costumes, dressing and quick-changes, pre-setting costumes prior to each show, production get-in and strikes in each location, assisted in running rehearsals, in charge of backstage activities, overseeing prop and set action during performances.
